On approach there was large inscised wound on posterior side of calf exposing muscle and tendon with slough

After15days of treatment a large healing ulcer with sloping edges and healthy granulation tissue formation and scanty slough. size of the wound is dramatically reduced

Ulcer healed by secondary intention without hypertrophic scar and contraction.
