Extensive gangrene of the skin of dorsal right leg and foot. Wound debridement and excision of gangrenous tissue done without anaesthesia.

7 days after primary surgery, residual slough excision is done.

30 days after first visit, healthy granulation tissue formation and islands of infected dried tendons.
